Work location: German-speaking Switzerland For our client, a successful industrial company, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Foreman Locksmithing (m/f/d). You will take on an important role in production and lead your team in daily work. Together, you will ensure that products are manufactured on schedule, safely, and in high quality. Your tasks • You provide technical leadership to the production employees in your work area. • You plan and coordinate the daily production orders. • You ensure that the products are manufactured on time and in the required quality. • You work closely with the plant manager, the other foremen, and production planning (AVOR). • You ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations. • You operate production machines and ensure their correct use. • You assist with the cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of the machines. • You report malfunctions or breakdowns and contribute suggestions for improvement. • You help to ensure a smooth and efficient production process. Your profile • You have training or several years of experience in the field of locksmithing or metal construction. • You possess good knowledge in handling production machines in locksmithing. • You have valid welding certifications according to EN ISO 9606-1 for the MAG welding process. • Additional qualifications, for example for welding robots or stainless steels, are an advantage. • You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner. • You have manual dexterity and a good technical understanding. • You speak and understand German well. • Initial experience in leading employees is an advantage.
