Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU Independent processing of orders as well as proactive monitoring of all delivery dates while complying with quality standards Intensive support of investment projects including analysis of offers for potentials and cost drivers in close coordination with the technical department Conducting complex price and contract negotiations with a consistent approach Concise preparation of decision-making bases for management in MS Office (Excel, Power Point) as well as coordination with internal stakeholders, the division and the Group Purchasing Responsibility for master data maintenance in the ERP system to ensure high data quality and seamless documentation of negotiation results and award decisions Further development of commodity group and supplier management WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Commercial training, further education in purchasing (eidg. Fachausweis) or comparable qualification with technical understanding Sound professional experience in strategic purchasing, in project business or in the management of commodity groups, preferably in an industrial environment.
