Procedural Assistant to the Head of Department 90 - 100% # The Staatsanwaltschaft Winterthur / Unterland in Winterthur conducts criminal investigations against adults in the districts of Andelfingen, Bülach, Dielsdorf and Winterthur. As of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for your support to complement our team as a Procedural Assistant to the Head of Department (90-100%). Job Description ### As an assistant to an investigating prosecutor and head of department, you will undertake all necessary secretarial and administrative tasks. You will manage the secretariat independently. In doing so, you are responsible for organizing and minuting interrogations and the administrative preparation of disposals, and you are in contact with authorities, parties, and third parties. In addition, together with the prosecutor, you will perform on-call duty periodically during the week as well as on approx. 4 weekends per year. The function requires independence and good cooperation. Furthermore, within the scope of the additional function, you are responsible for administrative or organizational matters within the department. Requirement Profile ### You have completed commercial training and have several years of successful secretarial experience. Your high typing speed and flawless, stylistically confident German are a matter of course. You also have good IT user skills. You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are a matter of course for you and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility, are resilient, and have an organizational flair.
