YOUR TASKS ## • You ensure smooth administrative processes in the Center for Gastroenterology • You are responsible for the reception, admission, and registration of patients • You are responsible for appointment coordination • You undertake the recording of service billing • You prepare patient documents and coordinate the exchange of documents with the practices and internal wards • You operate the telephone switchboard and are responsible for electronic data archiving YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) • Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in a similar role • You have proficient German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good MS Office skills • You are willing to work various shifts from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 at the latest • With your daily presence, the 60% workload is distributed over 5 days a week with a correspondingly reduced daily required working time Perhaps this is the chance you have been waiting for!
