Registered Nurse HF with focus on psychiatry / Healthcare specialists EFZ with work experience in psychiatry 20-80% To implement and further develop this, we are looking for Registered Nurses HF with a focus on psychiatry or Healthcare specialists EFZ with work experience in psychiatry (20%-80%) with drive and a heart for people with a mental impairment. Tasks • You take over the systematic primary caregiver work and coordinate the clients' helper network • You ensure the high quality of the services offered. • You actively participate in the further development of our processes and ensure reliable implementation. • You represent our vision, mission and values internally and externally. Requirements • A committed, integral, team-oriented personality with high social competence. • Completed basic nursing training and experience in the socio-psychiatric field. • Good Windows and MS-Office knowledge. • Joy in structured, independent work and good organizational talent. • Resilience, endurance and the ability to set priorities in demanding situations. • An appreciative attitude that contributes to a high quality of cooperation.
