Your responsibilities • Scoping projects: needs analysis, contribution to specifications, identification of stakeholders • Planning and organizing: construction and monitoring of the schedule, coordination of resources, animation of project reviews • Driving execution: risk monitoring, progress, corrective actions, management of decisions and reporting • Ensuring communication: regular exchanges with clients, coordination with internal teams, management of expectations • Finalizing and improving: project closure, capitalization, contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and products Your profile • Higher technical education or equivalent degree • Proven experience in project management, ideally in the machine tool or industrial field • Ease in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and in stakeholder management • Organized, methodical, solution-oriented, capable of anticipating and making rapid decisions • Excellent communication skills and ability to unite people • Good knowledge of German and/or English; mastery of other languages is an asset • Availability for occasional travel We offer • A position with wide autonomy • A modern, technological and international environment • Possibilities for continuous training • Working conditions in line with the responsibilities entrusted
