Concrete Mixer Operator / Concrete Machine Operator (Plant Operator / Machinist)

In this position, you are responsible for the production of concrete while complying with the relevant quality regulations. You work closely with our customers, our dispatch employees and our drivers. Furthermore, you carry out the maintenance and cleaning work of the plants and also help with the annual factory revisions during the winter months. With your clear, customer-friendly communication, you ensure a smooth workflow and also keep an overview in hectic situations. You enjoy working independently and are team-capable as well as resilient. You are used to working accurately and know how to deal tactfully with our customers. Professional experience in the construction industry and experience with building materials are the ideal prerequisites for this position.
