Then you are exactly right with us! • You accompany and support our clients in their everyday organization - individually or in a group • You design creative, individual activity offers in our ateliers • You ensure a needs-oriented basic supply • You promote social relationships and enable participation in cultural and social life • You support the communication and orientation of our clients - with and without augmented communication forms • You accompany educational and development processes with the goal of as much self-determined life organization as possible • You work closely within the team and with external specialist agencies What you bring with you ## • A completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung (disability sector) or a comparable qualification • Proof of vocational trainer training • Experience in development planning and enjoyment of creative, joint process design in a team • Creativity, manual dexterity, and ideas for musical and basal offers • Ability to design work processes individually and appropriately for the target group • Experience with basal offers and augmented communication is an advantage • High social competence, resilience, flexibility, and a resource-oriented attitude • You think in networks, act responsibly, and are involved with joy!
