The horticulture department is responsible for the following areas of responsibility: maintenance and horticultural work for various private customers, public customers and companies. This is your job ### Leading a maintenance group - Guiding, leading, accompanying and empowering one to four employees who are particularly challenged due to psychological reasons, with the goal of finding their footing in the working world again This is what you bring with you ### Training as a landscape gardener, or other horticultural training - Communicative and team player, open and customer-oriented - Driving license Cat.
