Gardener EFZ (100 %) The Therapeutische Wohn- und Lebensgemeinschaft Wydehöfli is a familial residential home for adults with support needs. In addition to 21 residential places, we offer diverse employment opportunities in the areas of kitchen, housekeeping, garden, woodworking workshop, textiles as well as catering and sales. For our Garden and Herb Workshop area, we are looking for a committed personality as a Gardener EFZ (100 %) starting September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks You organize and coordinate all gardening activities in the garden and in the herb workshop. You accompany and support our residents in the garden offering. You plan and realize the cultivation of vegetables and herbs – from variety selection through sowing and care to harvest. You ensure professional irrigation, fertilization, and care of the plants. You look after and care for our animals. You maintain and care for the vegetable and herb gardens as well as greenhouses and other green spaces. You ensure compliance with quality standards as well as environmentally friendly working methods. You accompany the residents in the garden area and promote their development. You develop new ideas and implement innovative as well as sustainable cultivation methods. You work closely with the living, kitchen, and creative workshop areas to support the individual development goals of our residents. You monitor and manage the stocks of animal feed, plants, and garden material.
