Head of Wealth Planning and Wealth Advisory (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission Our client, a recognized Swiss financial institution, wishes to strengthen its wealth advisory activity by recruiting a Head of Wealth Planning and Wealth Advisory. In this strategic function, you take responsibility for a team of specialists and actively contribute to the development of the activity with a private clientele, notably families and entrepreneurs with complex wealth situations. Your responsibilities: - Supervise, support, and develop a team of wealth planning specialists - Define team priorities and translate strategic orientations into operational objectives - Advise a demanding clientele on complex wealth issues - Provide your expertise particularly in matters of pension, retirement, taxation, and succession - Specifically support families, executives, and entrepreneurs in the structuring of their wealth - Collaborate closely with the wealth management, private banking, and corporate banking teams - Actively participate in client development and maintain a high-quality professional network - Guarantee a high level of quality, compliance, and risk management in advisory activities Your profile \- University, higher education, or equivalent training - Confirmed experience in wealth planning / Wealth Planning - Proven experience in the management and development of a team - Excellent mastery of issues related to pension, retirement, taxation, and succession - Experience with entrepreneurs and families presenting complex wealth situations - Strong client orientation and ability to develop new business relationships - Natural leadership, ability to unite, decide, and support change - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - French, English, and German with a good professional level Start date: - Immediately or to be agreed Upon whom are we?
