Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Technical leadership and further development of the engineering specialist group • Definition and implementation of the strategic roadmap for engineering processes, methods, and systems • Standardization and harmonization of engineering processes, working methods, and standards across several international locations • Further development and optimization of the engineering system landscape with a focus on CATIA V5 and Teamcenter • Collection, analysis, and prioritization of requirements from the business as well as creation of technical specifications • Control and support of the implementation together with IT, application management, and specialist departments • Organization, execution, and approval of tests and acceptance tests • Ensuring compliance with defined processes, standards, and best practices • Continuous identification and implementation of optimization potential in processes, systems, and working methods • Training and coaching of key users as well as support for locations in the introduction of new standards and solutions YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in the engineering environment • Experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of teams • Very good knowledge of CATIA V5 and Teamcenter • Sound understanding of engineering, CAD, PDM, and PLM processes • Demonstrable experience in the standardization and harmonization of processes across several locations • Strong communication, moderation, and mediation skills • High social competence as well as the ability to bring different interests together and establish sustainable solutions • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German and English skills YOUR BENEFITS • Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscriptions and fitness subscriptions • Support for further education opportunities (financially or with part-time options) • Catering options in the Migros canteen Borhan Bas HR Business Partner \+41 79 581 03 55
