CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F) For our client, a family manufacture based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for talent in the position of: CNC Programmer-Setter (M/F) Your responsibilities You program parts on Alphacam, in 3 and 5-axis machining You take charge of the settings, startup, and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls) You ensure the conformity of each part using the available control tools (among others -, micrometer) You contribute to the versatility of the team and you are fully committed to achieving quality, performance, and deadline objectives Your profile Coming from a training as a precision mechanic, a micromechanic or a training deemed equivalent You benefit from several years of experience within the watchmaking industry You master CAM programming You are autonomous in the setting, startup, and programming on CNC machines, notably of type Robodrill and/or Bumotec S191 You are comfortable with reading technical drawings as well as with the use of usual measuring instruments Organized, precise, and proactive, you appreciate teamwork and adopt a solution-oriented approach Your advantages Human-sized company favoring autonomy and reactivity Flexible working hours High-end products intended for a prestigious clientele Key role with a real impact on industrial performance Real possibilities of professional evolution A propos de nous: At Safeguard Global Suisse, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and permanent placement) and offer personalized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
