In our modern, in-house training workshop, you will take over the technical and personal training of our Polymechanic apprentices. At the same time, you will support our production with your know-how in CNC machining, be responsible for fixture and gauge construction, participate in improvement projects and actively further develop our training workshop. Vocational Trainer Polymechanic (a) 80-100% What you can achieve with us: Responsibility for the practical training of our Polymechanic EFZ apprentices in the modern training workshop Transfer of specialist knowledge in the areas of production, CNC technology, measurement technology, assembly and occupational safety Promotion of the technical and personal development of the apprentices until the successful completion of their apprenticeship Planning, implementation and documentation of qualification interviews as well as close cooperation with vocational schools and training partners Further development of training documents, learning concepts and training processes Co-design of trial days and vocational marketing, responsibility for fixture and gauge construction as well as active participation in the continuous further development of the training center What you bring with you: Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ with several years of professional experience Completed vocational trainer course as well as further training as an instructor with a federal diploma (eidg.
