Team Leader Garden and Maintenance Care Schulungs- und Arbeitszentrum (SAZ) Burgdorf – for over 50 years, people with cognitive as well as physical or mental impairments have found a place to learn, work and live here. Around 225 employees support approx. 185 adults with support needs (employees with IV pension, apprentices as well as residents) and around 120 school children. The SAZ is a regionally strongly anchored institution, recognized by the Confederation and Canton, with a wide range of services. For the care of external and internal customers in the area of surroundings, we are looking for an engaged personality as Team Leader Garden and Maintenance Care, 80 - 100% Focus on garden maintenance, customer care & vocational training per 1. December 2026 or by arrangement What you will do with us Technical and organizational leadership of a small team in the area of garden and maintenance care Establishment and further development of the garden and maintenance area Planning, coordination and cooperation in assignments in customer gardens, on internal outdoor areas as well as in property services Maintenance of existing customer relationships and contact person for customers Co-design of vocational training as well as support and promotion of people with difficult access to the labor market Participation in winter services (incl. on-call and occasional weekend assignments) is also part of this function.
