ICT Architect Zimmerwald (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) This is your contribution Define, maintain and communicate the technical vision, the ICT strategy and the ICT architecture roadmap of the Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (CEA) department Work closely with all stakeholders inside and outside the area, promote knowledge exchange between the ICT architects and lead and manage integration projects on the platform Plan and create efficient and robust ICT architectures and services in close cooperation with agile teams, the solution architects and taking into account the requirements as well as the economic efficiency within the framework of the CEA corporate strategy Establish and further develop architecture principles to ensure coherence, reusability and the reduction of redundancies; ensure the cross-departmental alignment of non-functional requirements (security, quality, performance, operation) across all solutions Advise stakeholders (specialist department, IT, security) on technology investments (cloud, data, AI, etc.) as well as on the modernization roadmap What makes you unique University or university of applied sciences degree (technology or economics) as well as certifications in the field of ICT security, architecture, modeling or service design Several years of experience as an ICT architect in the field of ICT platform in an enterprise environment Enthusiasm for agile working methods (e.g. SAFe), hands-on mentality and very good communication skills Impeccable reputation and the ability to integrate into an intelligence environment where discretion is required Good knowledge of at least a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage In a nutshell The Cyber and Electromagnetic Actions (CEA) service is responsible for the areas of electronic intelligence, cyberspace operations and cryptology and procures information for the intelligence services of the VBS (Defence, Civil Protection and Sport) and other authorized federal offices. As an ICT architect, you will contribute to the construction and further development of electronic intelligence systems in a small, dynamic team and accompany the agile transformation of the CEA.
