The Alters- und Pflegezentrum Herrenbergli, as a typical Zurich neighborhood and elderly care center, is open to 97 residents. The focus of our institution is long-term care with four wards including rooms for temporary stays. Nearly one hundred qualified employees from the areas of nursing and care, activation, hotel management, kitchen, service, facility management and administration are dedicated with joy and commitment to ensuring our residents feel comfortable in the Herrenbergli. Welcome Day for all new employees In this role, you will take on: • the responsibility for fully competent applied care and support corresponding to the needs and resources of the resident • the training of young people as AGS or FaGe EFZ • the management of classic training documentation as well as internal examination assessment • close cooperation with our vocational training manager You possess: • completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ • several years of professional experience in nursing is mandatory • completed vocational trainer course and at least 1 year of experience in vocational training • the SVEB 1 course, desirable • joy in working in nursing, combined with young people • very good German skills in speaking and writing • experience with electronic nursing documentation (advantageous: easyDOK, Besa, RAI) • willingness to work during the week as well as on weekends/public holidays Decide on a casual team and a generous employer. - Apply now!
