For the new opening of our gynecological practice, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (a) 50-80%: YOUR TASKS ## • You work on building our gynecological practice and bring in your experience and ideas • You take over the telephone consultation of our patients and ensure efficient coordination and organization of the office hours, including a warm welcome in the practice routine • During gynecological examinations, pregnancy checks, ultrasound examinations, and minor interventions, you are a competent and reliable support • Delegable medical activities such as blood sampling, urine analysis, laboratory work, and CTG controls are carried out independently and with great care • You actively contribute to the maintenance of our high hygiene and quality standards and take care of the professional preparation and sterilization of the instruments YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ or have equivalent qualifications • Ideally, you already have experience in gynecology and obstetrics and have even participated in the opening, development, or further development of a doctor's practice • You routinely and reliably perform laboratory analyses • You are familiar with practice software, as well as practice administration, performance recording, and billing • You work very organized, structured, and independently and keep an overview even in lively situations • You are a resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality who feels comfortable in the dynamic practice routine Does that sound like you?
