What you do with us: Setting up and reconfiguring the production line Ensuring qualitative and timely availability of goods Training and instruction of new production employees including apprentices Compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene regulations Rectifying minor technical malfunctions on the plants Carrying out necessary auxiliary and cleaning work Participation in improvement teams When you fit with us: Completed vocational training (ideally as Plant Operator EFZ, Food Technologist EFZ, or in a technical profession) At least 2 years of experience as a Plant Operator Good German skills (spoken and written), SAP knowledge is an advantage Readiness for 3-shift operation including Saturday shifts Technical understanding and flair for process optimization Clear awareness of high quality, hygiene, and safety standards Resilient, independent, and reliable personality We are all unique!
