The Municipality of Montreux is advertising a position for a SPECIALIZED WORKER AT 100%, within the road maintenance and green spaces service for the road maintenance and watercourses section Main tasks: • Driving vehicles and light machinery (transport of people, various equipment and materials) • Participating in the routine maintenance of the communal public domain (roads, paths, trails, watercourses and lake shores) • Collecting various waste with the appropriate vehicles • Cleaning and contributing to the maintenance of city and village sectors • Participating in clearing work following bad weather and storms, as well as winter interventions Desired profile: • Knowledge of masonry and civil engineering work, mowing, pruning and general maintenance or deemed equivalent experience • Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning work or professional experience in the field, an asset • Excellent knowledge of the communal network • Training on invasive plants, safety, signaling and snow removal • Able to work in a team and independently • Spirit of collaboration and ability to show initiative • Sense of reflection, responsibility and duty Special conditions: • Holder of a driving license for light vehicles (category B and BE) • Working weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis according to the established schedule and needs Start date: to be agreed All additional information can be obtained from Mme C.
