The Hochbauamt is seeking immediately or by agreement a Your tasks <br /> • As Deputy Department Head, you will take over the technical accompaniment and support of individual project managers within the team. • You will represent the canton in its role as building owner and control demanding new construction, renovation and maintenance projects across all project phases. • You will take responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines and lead projects in a targeted manner to success. • You will advocate for high functional, ecological and design-aesthetic qualities. • You will coordinate and lead internal and external project participants and ensure effective cooperation. • You will represent the interests of the canton vis-à-vis user groups, planners, authorities and other stakeholder groups. • You will make a significant contribution to the sustainable, economic and architecturally convincing further development of the cantonal real estate portfolio. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Completed degree as an architect or engineer (ETH, UNI or FH) • Several years of experience in project management of construction projects across all phases, from project definition to commissioning, in Switzerland • Knowledge or interest in the field of building maintenance and sustainable asset preservation of real estate • Pronounced understanding of quality, costs and deadlines as well as a solution-oriented approach • Networked thinking, initiative and pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation • High service orientation and a confident and convincing demeanor • Stylistically confident oral and written expression in German <br /> Our offer For the departments of Maintenance/Investments, we offer an interesting, challenging and varied activity in a professional team, flexible working hours, attractive employment conditions and interesting further training opportunities.
