The Wohngruppe Laubfrosch is an active, humorous, and structured group. To complement our diverse team, we are looking for a motivated and resilient healthcare specialist. Since nursing care constitutes an important part of everyday life for some of our children and adolescents, nursing activities and shared responsibility for health care are part of this function in addition to pedagogical tasks. Tasks: • Comprehensive education, promotion, and care of our children and adolescents including co-shaping their living and development space • Key person work • Cooperation with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians Profile: • Completed training as a healthcare specialist (FaGe) • Experience or interest in supporting children and adolescents with cognitive impairments • Empathic, creative, and humorous personality • Team-oriented, independent, and reliable way of working • Willingness for irregular and split working hours We look forward to receiving your application documents.
