A life with mental impairments can be challenging - for the affected person as well as their environment. That is why the Interessengemeinschaft für Sozialpsychiatrie Zürich (IGSP) exists. It was created 55 years ago out of the need to offer supported and assisted living options for people. Our goal: People with mental impairments lead as independent a life as possible and can participate in society. Three points are central to this: We meet each other with respect and at eye level. We work in a goal-oriented manner with the resources that the client brings. And we see the individual person in their entirety. Living in a community and yet being able to withdraw: The Wohnhaus Sempacherhof offers the best conditions for this. 18 people with a mental impairment find a home here where they can stabilize and develop. The average age of the residents is approximately 50 years. The appreciative interaction with one another is characterized by humor. As of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Wohnhausleitung 80-90% ## with training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy (HF/FH) as well as corresponding professional and leadership experience. Your main tasks • Management of a socio-psychiatric residential facility taking economic framework conditions into account • Goal- and resource-oriented support of the residents • Compliance with quality specifications, maintenance of care quality, and further development of the offering • Leadership responsibility for an experienced team of 6 people • Support and consultation of the specialists • Cooperation with the management team as well as with external agencies and contact persons • Responsible for the planning and ensuring of personnel assignments Your profile: • Training in psychiatric nursing or social pedagogy at HF/FH level • Sound knowledge and several years of experience in the psychiatric/socio-psychiatric field • Leadership competencies and leadership experience with corresponding training • Structured way of working, networked thinking, and enjoyment of cooperation • Good IT skills as well as confident oral and written expression • An integral, enthusiastic, and reliable personality with high social competence • Organizational skill and housekeeping competencies We offer you • A broad and varied range of tasks with room for creativity • A well-trained, experienced, and motivated team • Supervision and further training opportunities • Progressive employment conditions as well as free meals • Working in a beautiful residential house with a garden, in a quiet neighborhood, near Hegibachplatz Are you interested?
