Tasks #### • welcome and assist the public during events; • set up small stands and prepare identification material, distributing any promotional material on the occasion of events organized by RSI or for which RSI is a partner; • manage animation activities, games and competitions on the occasion of events dedicated to music, literature, science, technology, children's entertainment and many other themes; • collaborate in the preparation of events, performing organizational and administrative activities, such as managing registration confirmations and preparing the necessary material; • represent RSI and interact with the public, contributing to creating a positive and engaging experience during events. Requirements #### We are looking for curious, dynamic people who want to be in contact with the public and to challenge themselves. In particular: • excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • positive, proactive and flexible attitude; • spirit of initiative and ability to adapt to different situations; • reliability, sense of responsibility and precision; • good knowledge of the reality of Italian Switzerland and interest in the offerings and activities of RSI; • familiarity with new technologies and the main digital tools; • ability to work in a team and to collaborate with different people; • ability to manage dynamic situations and moments of greater intensity, maintaining calm and professionalism; • excellent command of the Italian language, written and spoken; • age between 18 and 26 years. Constitute a preferential qualification • good knowledge of one or more national languages and English; • driving license category B; • availability of one's own car; • availability to drive the Volkswagen Transporter provided to the RSI Events team.
