Your main tasks: • Assistance with the ordering and receipt of goods • Assistance with the planning, organization and creation of the daily Mise en Place. • Independent management of the Gardemanger station (cold kitchen) with support from the office employee. • Independent management of the Entremetier station (pasta dishes and side dishes) with support from the chef. • Assistance with the implementation of the Haccp guidelines • Service-oriented, team player, motivated and responsible • Strong sense of order and cleanliness Requirements: At least 5 years of professional experience as a cook / assistant cook in both warm and cold kitchens Languages: Basic knowledge of German is required Special: Our restaurant is located in Zürcher Kreis 7, right by the Hottingerplatz tram station (Tram No. 3) and is open as follows: Mo. - Fr.: 11:30 - 14:00 and 18:00 to 23:30 (Zimmerstunde) SA & SO CLOSED. Operation: Restaurant Rosengarten is a high-end neighborhood restaurant with approx. 60 seats, traditional Swiss cuisine, one of the most beautiful garden establishments in the city and is located only 2 stops from Bellevue. The kitchen team consists of three people: the chef, an assistant cook and an office employee.
