Assistant in Community Nursing and Health Care (ASSC)

Responsibilities ·       Provide basic care and specific care under the supervision of nursing staff, as well as medico-delegated acts according to current protocols. ·       Participate in supporting patients in activities of daily living. ·       Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee optimal care. ·       Provide individualized, relational, and technical care as well as logistical activities ·       Document interventions and observations in the patient file. Qualifications ·       CFC assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) or a title deemed equivalent. ·       Recognition from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas. ·       Experience in a hospital setting, ideally in surgery, is an asset. ·       Adaptability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit. ·       Availability for irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
