In this role, as a specialist, you will take on sales activities, from lead generation to closing, within the product portfolio of laboratory and production chemistry, microbiology and healthcare, as well as chromatography. This position is best suited for dynamic and customer-oriented personalities who bring sound knowledge of chemical products as well as laboratory processes and enjoy developing solutions for customers. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Working model: Hybrid – flexible from home and at the customer's site (60% travel, overnight stays in hotels) Work location: Switzerland territory (predominantly German- and French-speaking Switzerland) Field Sales Specialist (m/f/d) - Laboratory and Production Chemistry Your tasks: Holistic customer consulting and business development: Technical support of new and existing customers (on-site & virtual), identification of new sales potentials as well as acquisition of new customers and product segments to increase turnover and customer satisfaction. Sales support and strategy implementation: Development and implementation of sales-promoting measures as well as the sales strategy in the respective product area in close cooperation with the regional sales teams. Knowledge transfer and market development: Technical support and training of the sales team, participation in marketing activities of suppliers and product groups, as well as representation of the company at trade fairs and specialist exhibitions.
