Enameller (M/F) Mandated by our client, a high-end watch manufacturer from La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for, for a long-term temporary mission (CDI), an Enameller (M/F) Activity: You ensure the enamelling of watch elements by applying operating ranges using equipment, machines or tools while respecting quality, deadline and safety requirements. Ensure the enamelling of parts in accordance with operating ranges; Supply your workstation with components while respecting the ordering of production orders; Propose enamels in correlation with the Creation design; Apply enamelling techniques; Document work done (written, photos); Ensure repairs and restorations on enamelled parts; Define needs to repair and/or restore enamelled parts Follow technological developments in the field of enamelling; Participate in the capitalization of know-how; Be a force of proposal for Creation and to improve productivity Verify the conformity of manufacturing Your profile: Enameller in the field of watchmaking/jewellery with a certificate from the Swiss watch industry employers' association or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (obligatory) Good knowledge of materials (enamels, paint) Autonomous, meticulous person who likes to work in a team A plus: Ability to reproduce art designs: for grisaille Interest in innovation Knowledge of jewellery Free daytime working hours.
