What you accomplish • You transform potential and existing customers into fans • With enthusiasm, you combine HR and sales • You proactively call new potential customers and enthusiasm for our HR solutions • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first customer contact, to the needs analysis and presentation (demo) up to the negotiation and conclusion of the contract • Active relationship management and complete support of partnerships with our software publishers are a matter of course for you and part of everyday life • Preparation of offers for our customers in collaboration with product experts • Joint development and implementation of sales activities with specialized internal departments • You are our face at events (trade fairs, events, conferences, etc.) How you make us happy • You have a university degree or a degree from a university of applied sciences or commercial training • You have at least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally in the field of HR software • As a true salesperson by nature, you convince with your positive charisma and positive thinking • Your communication strength and capacity for persuasion move you forward, you gladly take on responsibilities • You communicate with confidence and conviction in German and English What awaits you • Working in Dübendorf with a first-class infrastructure, in teleworking and on-site at our customers • Working in networks rather than hierarchies • Many crazy and friendly Campus colleagues who are looking forward to meeting you and partying with you at the next events • Working in a passionate, committed and dynamic team • Working at the pace of time and contributing to shaping the future of HR in Switzerland • Participating in the development of the strategic offering Are you interested?
