For our client, an established company in the professional construction and real estate environment in the Zürich region, we are looking for an experienced personality who takes holistic responsibility for demanding structural engineering projects from planning to handover. In this role, you will assume a central interface function between the client, planning teams, authorities, users, and executing companies. You will ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, economical, and qualitatively convincing manner. Project Manager Client Side Your Task As a Project Manager on the client side, you will lead and manage small to medium-sized structural engineering projects, renovations, and refurbishments across several SIA phases. You will coordinate internal and external project participants, keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality, and ensure that the interests of the client are professionally represented. Your tasks include, in particular: Overall responsibility for the management and implementation of demanding structural engineering projects from the client's perspective Coordination of architects, specialist planners, construction management, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders Ensuring costs, deadlines, quality, as well as contractual and regulatory framework conditions Leading and managing the project teams across the relevant SIA phases Participation in tenders, awards, contract negotiations, and decision-making bases Ongoing project controlling including reporting, risk, and opportunity management Close cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external specialists Accompanying projects until acceptance, handover, and commissioning Your Profile You have training in construction or architecture, for example as an architect, civil engineer, construction manager, or a comparable qualification.
