Teamleader (m/f/x) Production \- hydraulic assembly Your missions As a Teamleader, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance with occupational safety rules, health protection, and the environment for your team's employees, You manage production in compliance with safety, quality, volume, and cost objectives, You animate and monitor the Shopfloors in a detailed manner and according to the standards of the You develop the versatility of your team, You develop and monitor production planning in consultation with the planning department, You coordinate the management of scrap and non-conforming parts, You develop continuous improvement in terms of quality and productivity, You participate in quality meetings to implement corrective actions, You ensure the monitoring of first-level maintenance for your sector, You implement LEAN continuous improvement activities and tools. Your profile You hold a CFC in polymechanic, production mechanic or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by training in team management, You have more than 5 years of experience in industry and/or team management, You speak French fluently and have knowledge of English, You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite, Sharepoint as well as an ERP, a production management system, You are an autonomous, flexible person with good communication skills. You distinguish yourself by your leadership and your ability to take initiative.
