Job description
Your main mission will be to organize and monitor development projects for new complicated calibres. You will be responsible for the different development phases, until the delivery of the launch quantity of the new product. You will ensure the necessary coordination between the different departments (Product/Design, Technical Offices, Industrialization, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Brand) and will lead the projects according to the development process in place and through risk analyses.
In this context, you will be in charge of:
• Monitoring and ensuring the success of project milestones, respecting quality, cost, and deadline objectives as well as the functional and aesthetic specification book
• Setting up and leading the detailed planning and development budget for your projects. You will allocate and manage transverse resources effectively to achieve deliverables
• Federating the project team and coordinating all its activities to ensure the delivery of your portfolio of new calibre innovations to our commercial teams, in partnership with a Watch Development Project Manager

Qualifications
• Holder of a university degree in engineering or HES with complementary training in project management, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in the same function in the watchmaking field
• You have excellent knowledge of calibre development. Knowledge of horological complication development is a plus
• You perfectly master project management tools and ideally have related certifications (PMP, Agile..)
• You speak French fluently and have good knowledge of English (B2 level required)
• Sensitive to the needs and constraints of other departments, your relational skills and leadership allow you to create active collaboration. Thanks to your analytical mind, you demonstrate decision-making ability
