Reporting directly to the CEO, you contribute to analyses, cross-functional projects, and decision-making preparation work. You are in regular interaction with the different departments and entities of the Group, which allows you to concretely discover the functioning of an industrial company in its entirety. This position is particularly aimed at a person at the beginning of their professional career, wishing to put their knowledge into practice, quickly broaden their understanding of the company, and confront varied issues in direct contact with Management. Business Analyst & Strategic Projects - CEO Office (60-100%) Your mission ### • Conduct market, competition, and opportunity analyses. • Exploit and synthesize commercial, financial, and operational data. • Prepare reporting, business cases, and recommendations for Management. • Participate in the monitoring of strategic and cross-functional projects. • Contribute to the improvement of performance and processes. Your profile ### • Higher education in economics, finance, administration, management, or an equivalent field. • First experience, internship, or significant project in analysis, controlling, or project management. • Very good analytical and synthesis skills. • Excellent mastery of Excel. • Fluent French and English; good knowledge of German is a plus. Curious, structured, and pragmatic, you like to understand, analyze, and move subjects forward in a concrete manner.
