What we offer you ## • Autonomous way of working • In-depth integration, including an overview of business operations • Fast decision-making paths • Reward for loyalty (service anniversary) • Training and development opportunities • Accident insurance and supplementary accident insurance in the private department on a global scale (including coverage of premiums by Loomis) • For a good start in family life, we grant 16 weeks of maternity leave instead of the 14 legal weeks • Free mobile subscription • We offer a parking space that can be rented for 30.- per month • It is possible to purchase additional days off to make the break even more flexible What awaits you ## • Rapid reception and transmission of delivered valuables shipments • Verification of the accuracy and completeness of orders as well as the integrity of shipments • Correct and complete registration as well as transmission of shipments in the system • Responsibility and collaboration during the entry and exit of valuables shipments into the • vault, including client warehouses • Communication with administration/order office, by telephone as well as by e-mail, impeccable German • Consultation and stock control in the own warehouse system • Complete and error-free preparation of shipments according to the order (picking lists) • Preparation of processed valuables for inventory • Participation in the inventory of valuables • Responsibility and collaboration for the access control of persons and vehicles • Responsibility and collaboration for the regulatory opening and closing of the building • Guard service (also on weekends) What you bring ## • You are between 30 and 45 years old • Completed professional training • Professional experience in the field of treasury, valuables logistics, logistics in general or as an employee in the security service is an advantage • Ability to learn quickly, clean and precise way of working and great concentration • Very good knowledge of German orally and in writing • IT knowledge, Microsoft / Outlook, Excel • Knowledge of English is an asset • Team spirit and discretion • Good physical condition, robust and enduring • Pleasant appearance and good manners • Existing weapons permit is an advantage • Willingness to work armed (armed guard service 1x per month / per week according to agreement) • Clean criminal record (no entry in the register of debt collection and bankruptcy, no ongoing proceedings) • Swiss nationality or at minimum a residence permit C • Documented CV WITHOUT INTERRUPTION over the last 10 years to the day (including residence certificates) and all work certificates • Possession of a forklift permit recognized by SUVA (an advantage) Are you ready to start? ## We look forward to your application and thank you for the interest you show in our company as well as for your patience during the application process.   We do not need a cover letter!   Do you have questions concerning the position or the application process?
