To strengthen our team, we are looking for an all-rounder personality who enjoys taking on responsibility and actively contributing to the hotel operations. Your tasks You work flexibly in the areas of service, reception, and housekeeping and support the operation where it is currently needed. In service, you look after our guests attentively and friendly, serve food and drinks, and ensure a pleasant, calm atmosphere. At the reception, you are the contact person for our guests, handle check in and check out (we work with PROTEL CLOUD), answer questions, are familiar with the region, and keep an overview of the daily routine. In housekeeping, you assist with the cleaning and preparation of the guest rooms as well as the public areas and ensure cleanliness and order throughout the entire house. You work in a structured, reliable manner and with an eye for the whole picture. Where you contribute, clarity, calm, and a good feeling for guests and the team are created. What you bring You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. You see work before it has to be explained to you. Dealing with people gives you joy, while at the same time you also work carefully and independently in the background. Experience in hotellerie or gastronomy is an advantage, but not mandatory. What is decisive is your attitude, your reliability, and your standard for order, cleanliness, and accuracy. And you can smile. If you want and can do even more – very welcome.
