Christian Ernst, Head of the Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine, offers you a position starting November 1, 2026, or by arrangement, with a selectable workload of 80-100% as Ward Manager / Ward Manager surgical inpatient ward If you also want to make a difference in people's lives, these are your tasks: • Ensuring efficient organizational structures on the ward (staff scheduling, definition of daily responsibilities, allocation of patients according to the primary nursing system) • Leadership and development of the nursing team of the Surgery ward • Future-oriented development of the ward in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation • Implementation of the mission statement on the ward as well as guaranteeing a high quality of care provided • Participation in or leadership of department-specific projects as well as co-shaping team development processes • Bringing in your experience and strengths in a helpful and well-coordinated ward team, including working as a primary caregiver within the nursing team Become part of our Department of Emergency and Acute Medicine at Spital Zollikerberg. The Clinic for Internal Medicine cares for over 2'500 inpatient patients annually, the Clinic for Surgery cares for over 1'500 inpatient patients.
