Job Description
Your mission
Participate in the evolution of the unit and the development of innovative pedagogical approaches, to meet the needs of our beneficiaries in their socio-professional integration journey.
Your main activities
Strengthen the existing training officer team;
Design of training systems according to innovative pedagogical approaches;
Analysis of training needs and evaluation of existing systems including external ones;
Design of varied pedagogical materials, including digital ones;
Design of curricula;
Management of adult learner communities and trainers;
Development of internal and external partnerships;
Contribution to the formalization of the quality dossier (fide, eduQua), to statistics and to qualitative studies.
Qualifications
Your profile
A university Bachelor's degree in educational sciences or training deemed equivalent;
Knowledge and experience in training in integration language for audiences from migration and/or with learning difficulties;
Proven experience in andragogical training engineering;
Ease with information and communication technologies;
Ease with the community of ;
Ability to adapt, curiosity, interpersonal ease, sense of collaboration;
Excellent command of the French language.
