The Pigna Wohngruppe Südweg in Bülach offers 23 residential places for people with cognitive impairments. The residents live in shared apartments with care in the morning and evening as well as night standby. During the day, they are independent or visit the nearby workshop. The goal is as self-determined a life as possible in a social environment. Job Description ## • Accompanying and caring for people with support needs in everyday life. • In the area of elderly living • Patients between 50-70 years old. Moderate care • Support with personal hygiene and in the area of everyday activities. • Planning and implementation of activities to promote quality of life. • Supporting the nursing team in close cooperation. • incl. night standby 1-2 per month. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ. • Empathy and joy in interacting with people. • Strong social competence. • Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team. • Knowledge of IT/PC applications. • Good German language skills in speaking and writing.
