Your craft ## • You are responsible for the preparation of general contractor and total contractor offers and their documentation. • Together with our construction specialists, you develop solutions for attractive contractor offers. • Independent and proactive preparation of complete project calculations, execution variants, as well as schedule and payment plans are your core competencies. • With your expertise, you support construction execution also in the realization phase and ensure the post-calculation of the executed projects.  Your foundation ## • You have training as an architect, engineer (FH), technician TS or ideally have further training as a construction manager or site manager with a federal diploma. • You bring many years of construction cost planning experience that we may benefit from. • Your world is numbers and you value analytical as well as conceptual thinking. • Your goal is to optimize processes and costs. • And last but not least, these three words describe your way of working: reliable, exact, independent.
