To complement our team, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF/FH/DNII with a focus on Psychiatry 40% - 60% by arrangement. Your tasks: Care and counseling of psychiatric clients at home in the municipalities of Bolligen and Ittigen; Carrying out needs assessments; Interdisciplinary cooperation with social services, doctors, and other institutions, as well as with internally involved employees; Support and guidance of relatives; Supporting and coaching delegated employees in the care of people with psychiatric illnesses; Active participation in the open-minded interdisciplinary team. Ittigen   You bring: Basic training in Psychiatric Nursing (PsyKP) or Health and Nursing Diploma Level II (DNII) Psychiatry; At least 2 years of experience in acute, social psychiatry, or psychogeriatrics; Willingness to take on responsibility, coordination skills, and independence; Experience with using IT; Good expression in spoken and written German; Teamwork skills, high self- and social competence; Driver's license Cat. B and own vehicle.
