Your tasks • Support and advice for customers • Receipt of service and repair orders • Creation and follow-up of offers • Coordination between customers and workshop • Appointment scheduling and vehicle handovers • Ensuring high customer satisfaction Your profile • Training in the automotive sector • Experience in customer service is an advantage • Strong service and customer orientation • Organizational skills and communication strength • Driving license Cat.
