Project Manager Calculation and Client Consulting - Ventilated Façade Your mission: At the heart of our activity, you participate with the sales director and the estimator in the development of the client portfolio and mandates. Your technical and commercial skills allow you to take charge of preparing offers from the proposal of a solution to the client to obtaining the mandate. Technical advice, calculation and the preparation of offers, tender dossiers, negotiation and contracting are part of your daily tasks. As the preferred interlocutor for architects, general contractors and clients during this phase, you are the guarantor of the technical and economic quality of the offers you develop. Once the market is obtained, you transmit a complete dossier to the project managers who then ensure the execution of the work. Your responsibilities: Technical studies and preparation of offers: Analyze private and public tender dossiers. Study plans, specifications and technical documents. Perform measurements and quantity calculations. Prepare estimates and pricing with precision, searching for the most relevant technical and financial solutions. Prepare commercial offers in compliance with technical, financial and contractual requirements. Client relations and negotiation: Exchange with clients and perform site visits in order to propose technical or financial solutions adapted to needs and answer their technical questions. Present, defend and negotiate offers until their adjudication. Propose technical and economic variants that create value for the client. Ensure the follow-up of ongoing offers and follow up on dossiers when necessary. Develop and retain a client portfolio in Romandie. Coordination and economic management of projects: Consult suppliers and negotiate the best purchasing conditions. Guarantee the forecasted profitability of projects. Prepare the transmission of dossiers to project managers after signature, and ensure consistency between design and execution. The prerequisites: You have solid experience in the building sector and more particularly in façades or sub-construction, you appreciate both analytical work and exchanges with clients. You are capable of understanding a project in its entirety, pricing it with rigor and defending your technical choices with conviction. You notably possess: A technical training in building, civil engineering or an equivalent training. Confirmed experience in calculation or the preparation of offers in Switzerland. Confirmed experience in the building envelope (ventilated façades, cladding, locksmithing, metal framework or similar activity). Specific experience in ventilated façades constitutes a real asset. A good knowledge of public and private tenders. Excellent reading of plans and technical documents. A good mastery of measurements and cost analysis. Ease in exchanges with architects, general contractors and clients. A true sense of negotiation and customer service. Excellent organization and great autonomy.
