Team Leader Stroke Unit (80-100%)

This is what you do ## • Functional, personnel and administrative leadership of approx. 13 employees • Co-responsibility for the implementation of the performance goals of the Stroke Unit • Ensure the management, support and further development of the nursing team. • Responsibility for ensuring professional nursing care in cooperation with the specialist nursing lead and vocational training • Patient- and employee-oriented thinking and acting, taking into account business requirements • Participation in projects to improve and further develop the ward as well as active participation in working groups • Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate for students and the achievement of goals for employees in further education • Promotion of constructive cooperation within the interprofessional care team • Ensuring patient care that meets professional standards and quality requirements. • Ensure compliance with processes, guidelines and standards for patient safety. • Ensure the continuity and coordination of care within the ward. • Identify organizational problems and initiate improvement measures. • Contribute to the development and optimization of the Stroke Unit processes. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
