The 60% position is distributed over 4 to 5 days a week with deployments of up to half a day, including readiness for deployments on Saturdays. Your tasks In this versatile function, you take on medically-administrative, organizational, and guest-oriented tasks. These include: You receive, accompany, and care for our international guests in the medical area in a personal, cordial, and discreet manner You coordinate appointments, treatments, and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing staff, clinic, front office, spa, housekeeping, and other hotel departments You reliably take on administrative tasks such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation, and careful maintenance of the respective systems You correctly and carefully settle medical services You carefully carry out HBOT treatments, InBody measurements, and smaller medical activities such as occasional bandage changes and EKGs You actively ensure clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday life Your profile A completed basic medical training, ideally as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, is a prerequisite for this function. Experience in a high-level service environment also forms the basis of your profile.
