At the Oberstufenzentrum Seidenbaum in Trübbach, 190 students are currently being taught in 13 classes (incl. two small classes) by a total of 25 teachers. Your task You lead the secondary school in pedagogical, personnel, organizational and financial matters, lead and accompany employees in an appreciative, clear and prudent manner, work closely with the school leadership team and the school board and communicate proactively and represent the school convincingly to the outside. You bring with you a confident appearance and pronounced communication skills, a basic pedagogical training and experience in primary school (ideally at the target level), training as a school principal (CAS) or the willingness to complete this promptly, joy in leadership, school development and design, the ability to make decisions, assertiveness and organizational talent as well as the ability to maintain an overview and a sense of humor even in demanding situations.
