Job Description ## You will take responsibility for individual trades or sub-areas from execution to commissioning and ensure a smooth project process. Your main tasks include: - Technical and organizational leadership of the assigned trades - Creation, control and monitoring of schedules - Ensuring quality, costs, deadlines and occupational safety - Coordination of specialist planners, contractors and internal project participants - Tendering, awarding and accompanying services - Leadership and monitoring of subcontractors on the construction site - Support in the completion of planning and execution phases - Negotiations with suppliers and contractors - Continuous optimization of construction sequences and processes.
