Your tasks: As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for the learning processes, the achievement of individual goals, as well as for the administrative and planning tasks of several apprentices/students. In so-called learning and working communities (LAG), apprentices/students from different training phases and programs jointly care for their assigned residents based on the model of Cognitive Apprenticeship. You participate in the development and implementation of educational goals and take part in internal company meetings as well as external educational events. Your profile: You are a FaGe or HF/FH Nursing professional and bring experience from a similar working environment. You love your profession, enjoy promoting young talent, like working in a team, and are committed with joy to the development of long-term care.
