Segment Manager Power Distribution (m/f/d), 80-100% Your contribution to our team In this role, you bear the overall responsibility for strategy, organization, and technical management of the Power Distribution segment. You specifically develop the area further, sharpen the Go-to-Market strategy, and ensure the achievement of goals in terms of turnover and margin. You provide technical leadership to the specialists in the regions as well as disciplinary leadership to the Category Managers, and consistently develop competencies, portfolios, and solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for forecast, budget, and performance management and derive strategic measures based on market, competition, and technology analyses. Another focus lies in ensuring high quality and efficiency: You define and manage relevant KPIs, further develop standards and processes, and guarantee compliance with compliance and regulatory requirements. You take responsibility for complex or critical issues. As a central interface, you also build long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners and represent the Power Distribution area internally and externally.
