Quality Assurance \& Hygiene Specialist What you move Ensuring and further developing an effective hygiene and microbiological monitoring Planning, conducting and evaluating hygiene tours, audits and cleaning validations Ensuring quality, product safety and stable processes through in-depth analyses and targeted measures Coordinating external laboratories including technical evaluation, trend analysis and documentation of results Participating in the processing of deviations and in the definition and tracking of effective measures Conducting and documenting release analyses for raw materials, packaging materials and products Creating, maintaining and optimizing test plans, protocols and quality-relevant documentation including evaluation of results Close cooperation with internal interfaces to ensure efficient and compliant processes What you bring Completed training or bachelor's degree in the natural sciences or a comparable qualification First practical experiences in the quality or laboratory environment desirable, combined with a strong quality mindset, e.g. through training, internships or initial professional experience – ideally in a production environment In-depth knowledge of hygiene, microbiology and analytical methods Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. IFS, BRCGS, ISO 9001) Secure handling of Excel (e.g. evaluations, pivot tables) and ideally SAP in the quality environment Structured, independent and careful working method with a high level of quality awareness Outstanding communication skills and assertiveness Enjoyment of working with various internal and external contacts Very good German language skills and good English language skills What we offer you Modern company with modern infrastructure Independent organization and scheduling of work Above-average social benefits (paternity leave, pension fund, sick pay insurance, etc.) Balanced catering options and discounted menu prices jpid47dc1fejm jit0624jm jiy26jm
