To strengthen our team in «Peptide Manufacturing Support», we are looking for a dedicated Specialist AVOR (a), (80-100%)   Your tasks   • Planning and controlling the material flow, including further work preparation activities, taking into account capacities, deadlines, and production goals • Creation, maintenance, and optimization of work plans and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure efficient production • Close cooperation and coordination with fine scheduling, production, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth production process • Responsible for compliance with GMP and HSE regulations. • Independent planning and prioritization of tasks, taking into account the instructions of the supervisor and compliance with deadlines • Implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity • Training of new employees without direct leadership responsibility • Creation of reports and presentations to display progress and achieved goals   Your profile: • Completed vocational training in the chemical, technical, or commercial field, ideally with further training in the field of AVOR, production planning, or Supply Chain Management • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a production, logistics, or SCM environment • Knowledge in the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and in material requirements planning • German: C1 or native language • Good user knowledge in SAP • Good user knowledge with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word etc. • High self-motivation, openness to change, as well as a strong sense of responsibility   Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development opportunities • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office and the option to take additional vacation days with a reduced workload • Employee promotion through numerous internal and external training offers • 60% coverage of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG as well as the possibility for supra-mandatory provision with our optional savings plan • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Would you like to drive innovation forward together with us?
